VA Certificate of Eligibility Request Instructions:

One of the items required to obtain a VA loan is to obtain a VA Certificate of Eligibility.  You may request this by completing a form and sending it via mail directly to the VA Eligibility Service Center or we may be able to help you obtain a copy.  If you mail the form directly to the VA you normally will receive the Eligibility Certificate in two to three weeks if you are eligibile for benefits. 

We have access to the VA’s Automated Certificate of Eligibility System and can request this for you electronically.  When the electronic system is used, we often are able to get the VA Certificate of Eligibility back within minutes, which can help speed up the loan process.  We provide this service free of charge to our Oklahoma Customers.

Once you have filled out, signed and dated the Request form, please fax it back to us along with a copy of your DD-214 to:

If you are a Reservist or Guardmember, please make sure to include your Chronoligical Statement of Retirement Points.  If you don’t have this statement, you can normally obtain this from your local unit or commanding officer.  If they can’t provide this to you, or your unit is no longer active, the National Archives Center in St. Louis normally can assist you with obtaining military records.  Please contact us if you need to reach the National Archive Center in St. Louis and we can get you in touch with them.

Please contact us after faxing this information.  At that point in time, we will be able to determine whether or not your certificate is able to be obtained via the Automated System.  If it is we will be able to immediately e-mail the VA Certificate to you.  You can reach us at:
